Risk Management Chart web part
Easily visualize, identify and manage your project's risks!
SharePoint Risk Management Chart visually shows the project risks on a probability-impact matrix, based on the PMBOK risk management methodology.
The Risk Management Chart web part connects to a Risks list or to aggregated risks from multiple Risks lists, and displays them in a configurable Risk Matrix Chart. You can further analyze each displayed risk by viewing the Risk Path chart, which displays all saved instances of the risk, show how its probability/Impact have changed over time.
SharePoint Risk Management Chart web part is aimed to resolve the following:
- Improve the visibility of the project risks in the project workspace
- Offer an immediate display for executive to understand the project’s risks and their probability and impact
- Easily identifies the risks that need to be mitigated
- See how a selected risk evolves over time and how it’s being handled
- Display aggregated risks from multiple projects, displaying the “big picture” to EPM officers and stakeholders
